Should I harvest this plant yet?! I think it's at about 60 days, with 55% clear, 35% milky, and 10% amber. Thank you for your advice!!

Your Plant doesnt look ready for me, Leaves are wonderful green, and you have alot of white Hairs, and you know about your trichomes. I would wait at least , until the trichomes are all milky. Keep her warm, give her Light and attntion and she will be grateful when you Harvest. Its hard to wait, i know but PATIENCE is a big Key

Hey there Burn Down! The debate over the Percentages of Clear/Cloudy/Amber is a really long one, but if there is anything most people can agree on its that you want to get as much of the clear trichomes to be cloudy or amber as you can before you harvest. 55% clear trichomes is a 55% potential loss in effects. The Cloudy to Amber trichome discussion is based on the types of high you would like to experience, but at the end of the day both those give you a high, while clear trichomes will struggle to do much of anything. Personally I look for less >10% clear regardless of amber. I really hope that helps! 😎

Hello ! No you should not but it is a personal feeling. With 55% clear the effect will be softer than expected except if you are searching for this effect. More white and amber and you will have a better & stonger smoke . Don't forget that with a Kush you are suppose to be stone , sleepy , slow and done 😁✌️🏼

Hi @Burn_down_babylon! Your current ratio 55% clear / 35% milky / 10% amber means that your buds are almost ready for the THC peak (mostly milky). The early amber ones could be related to genetics, or could be explained by something degrading them (usually heat and/or light, your new light could be the reason). In this situation I'd recommend to carefully watch the trichome's evolution everyday, if you got more and more amber without the clear trichs turning milky --> proceed to harvest. Best scenario would be that clear trichs evolve to milky, with no more amber ones. Hope that makes sense, keep us up-to-date and enjoy your harvest πŸ‘Š

you want to get all those clear trykes milky, as it is some are probably just behind the first "wave", so you should keep checking daily from now on and try to get the max of the clear ones milky. Every plant kind of ripens in its own way, sometimes over night, i wouldn't be surprised if you have days rather than weeks left at this point. The milky ones have THC in them, the clear ones dont , so i would say aim for max potency, aim for max milky trykes, and most of all don t panic and make costly mistakes ! hope this helps you time you cut πŸš€
