Defoliation/grownet?

Day 37
I've been trying to defoliate but not sure exactly how much to take off.
I've just been taking big fans that get no light underneath or the ones covering bud sites.
I have a grownet is it too late to try and use it?
The two in one pot are taking up a lot of room now

Plant looks super healthy and that foliage looks super dense. A little bit of defoliation just to expose lower bud sites could help improve yields, but since you're already in flower, I'd try to keep it minimal or you're going to stress your plant out too much and actually end up with lower yields than if you didn't defoliate at all

Why do I get such large internode spacing on my branches which dont fully fill in with flowers, my 1st few grows growing autos with blurple LED's I got alot more bud sites on the branches and got full colas, but dont since I got 3000k Quantum boards and grow photos??Week 9

Two days ago I spilled a small amount of pollen while removing a few bananas (spilled a little on a low, stripped branch. I quickly cleaned the area and sprayed with mighty wash. Also cut off the minor cola that possessed them. Pistils are still all white. Am I safe? ThanksWeek 4

Using a 48x48x80 tent in my basement. Humidity is reading 30%. Have tried all the tricks to raise it and it does temporary then lowers quickly. Reading so much conflicting info. Would a humidifier work in my tent? If so, please point me towards one to purchase. Thanks!Week 2
