How is my roots, and why my gauge pipe is green?

Autoflower, DWC, Week 8
Roots are too bad? I also added the most recent photo of the main cola. Looks fine right?
She has many stained leaves though.
And why is my pipe green? Algea? Is this the cause for my roots?
All comments are apprrciated this is my first ever grow.

Have you been Flushing the system out and adding fresh water every couple weeks?
Also try hydroguard by botanicare. Should make those roots a nice pretty white.

Should I quit, and start over? Still not out if it's root rot or just coloration from the larvea. Hydroponicshad larvea infestation. Used h2o2, 2 days later my roots looked like photo #1. Now 4 days later, same roots look like #2. Had pH problems. lowered now. Gon look if its stable tomorrow. They should be ready to flip now. All other pics are also from today. Hello, problems hydro. Roots getting brownMy Ph probe didn't work, PH was at least more than 0.30 (maybe 0.60) than displayed. As a result they had multiple chlorosis, now septoria leaf spots and possible Pythium since the roots are getting brown. What would you do to save the crop ? Adding mycorrhizae? Thx!3 years ago

Root rot or not?I can’t tell if this is normal discoloration or starting signs of root rot. Running Orca, Roots Excellurator silver, hydroguard and z7, res temps have drifted around 72-75f when my chiller was down for the first week, have since kept it at 68f.
