Hi all, I’m just getting ready to make the flip to flower.. But interested to know how you all do it? Do you put them in darkness for a period first? Just flip? Change the light timings gradually? What’s your methods? Thanks 🙏😊

hello I usually first think about my schedule and when I'll have time to tend to the plants(work, school, sleep gets in the way), environmental factors like if it's winter i try to run my lights more in the evening to keep them a little warmer when it's coldest. Stuff like that. Then i just flip them. I don't ever run a 24 hour schedule so the transition from an 18/6 isn't ever so drastic that it pisses my plants of when they go to 12/12. Also if your environment is in good shape, temp humidity etc, and they're healthy going into flowering it should usually be a smooth switch.👍

There is a switch on the back of the plant... Or you could watch this. www.youtube.com/watch

Heya! I personally just make the flip to 12-12 lighting without tapering it down. In addition to the light schedule change, I still use veg nutes the first two weeks of flower for the stretch and then switch to bloom nutes. I do know of a lot of growers who do flush before they flip to flower as well, I personally don't do this. Cheers and good luck
