They look over-nuted. Dial back fertilizer strength. if using a p/k or bloom booster, dial it back too.
since you are in flower i'd cut it in half for a couple fertilizations.. see how it responds...
The dark, glossy leaves and canoeing is a sign of too much fertilizer.

White bugsI have started finding these little white bugs under the leaves. More lower to the ground.Not sure what they are. I have been spraying with neem oil but it seems like they just hide until it dries up and then come back. Are these harmful to my plant? Can I get rid of them?Week 6

Tanks for the advice and support ️️Thanks for the advice.I sprayed the top of the soil and under and over the leafs with biobizz leaf coat and went crazy with fly stickers aI will remember to let the soil almost dry upp between watering.my plan was to water to run off and wait to it dry enough to next watering 💦✌️Week 1
