I learnt from another grower, to introduce bloom nutes 1 week after you flip the lights, but there's also many disagree as the bloom nutrients will trigger flowering. I've ran both method and I found for my setup, switch to bloom after flowering pistil shows works well as they stretch and the nitrogen in veg nute helps with recovery from defoliation before flip.

If your light is only 7 inches away it's too close. That's light burn

You should anchor the bottom of the stalk to one side and then slowly pull to the opposite side so that your plant has close to a 90 degree bend. A little at a time so as to not break the stalk. Your girls may be a little heavy on the nutes. Just check your runoff ph and ec levels from time to time. Keep them online and you should have a great grow. Cheers
