Well you did cut away every leaf in sight, so you’ve basically stopped the plant gaining energy it needed. They look fully matured almost. Bare in mind defoliation is not just cutting every leaf that’s there. There’s no such thing as “redirecting energy” in that sense. Every leaf is there to bring energy in, and now that source is gone. Defoliation is strategic and not as simple as it may seem

Depending on your trichome maturity preference and without seeing them myself at 30-60x, I’d guess 5-9 days.

To tell when to harvest. Best is to go get or order a 60x jewelers eye. Cheap ones are about 3 bucks usd. Work fine for this. When trichromes are milky cloudy on their heads start your flush for two weeks. Plant will start eating itself if it had leaves left to eat and ripen to perfection. Happy growing and good luck. Harvest is usually determined by the trichome coloration so check your plants' trichomes and harvest according to the high you want! (cloudy trichomes for a more potent THC filled trichomes that give a head-high known as "Sativa" high, and amber trichomes for a more relaxing and sedating high) People usually like to harvest when there are 15-20% amber trichomes and the rest are cloudy for a more balanced effect. Also if your plant stops fattening then it means you are closing to harvest! Plant looks amazing btw! very snowy and full of trichomes!! Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

From the looks I'd give it a week maybe into two. Best way to tell is trichome color. Look for about 20% amber. 🤘😤
