Should I trim more to focus on the bigger buds and I think the bottom flowers are stuck more in the dark any help would be appreciated week 4 of flower DWC

No, keep it as it is, at this stage your plants need maximum leaves to produce maximum energy for maximum growth. Doing any trimming now will just slow her growth and possibly cause a metabolic "shock" that could cause your plant to do strange things, such as go hermaphrodite or sit there and stagnate. Take pictures on white light. Can't see as well under grow lights for future. I would not touch anything on it. Your past trimming. Your waiting for finish. Trimming now you would likely cut more off then gain. Nice buds and happy growing. Enjoy the harvest. 🌲🌲🌲👊

The general rule is to not to perform defoliation after week 4. By now the plant is in full flower and any more stress can cause a hermie or small yeild.

At this point man I'd trim very selectively. You may just have to settle for the buds in the dark being larfy. Your plant is finishing it's life out, not much vigor left in her. You did good growmie, just grow her out and let her fatten up.
