GrowCNanswered grow question 4 years ago I have had good luck with this automatic waterer: https://www.amazon.com/Automatic-Irrigation-Houseplants-Programmable-Operation/dp/B0743F4532/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=B0743F4532&qid=1611069760&sr=8-1 This is the only one I've tried so it's in no way a comparison or "best of" but it has worked reliably for me.
You probably will want to water each plant in multiple locations. To do it accurately make make sure the tubing after each T is exactly the same length. For example you'll have one tube from the machine (I'll call it tube A). Then install a T. After the T make sure each piece of tubing is exactly the same length (those are tubing pieces B). If you install a T on the end of each tube B all the hose sections (C) after those second T's must be the same length. All B hoses must be the same length, all C hoses must be the same length. This insures that the back pressure is the same and you get roughly the same amount of water from each emitter. If you use different lengths of tubing willy nilly you will get different flow rates from each emitter.
