Looking at your grow conditions and without seeing a microscope picture of the trichomes, I would say you give them a last light feed on the week 9 of flower and start flushing by week 10, aiming at 20-30% runoff each time, for 1 or 2 weeks, so they can ripe those buds even more. Keep an eye on the buds and trichomes as the leaves yellow, for they can be ready before you finish flushing.
Take a note on the smell too, it's a good indicator, as it starts to decrease, they are ready. In the last week the smell should be 3x, 4x times stronger and then it starts to turn to a more fermented scent, with lower intensity. Got that from a Ed Rosenthal book and it's a true thing.
