Hey the key to drying and curing is to dry the buds as slow as you possibly can without molding them. The optimal drying temp is 70f with 50% humidity. If you dry them too fast it will affect your flavor and smoothness of the buds. And too slow there is a risk if mold. It is very important for the final product to keep the temp and humidity perfect. Once the buds are dried enough that the stems snap when you bend them is it time to jar them up to cure. You dont want to pack the buds tight in the jar. Only fill them up about 3/4 of the way so there is some air flow around the buds. It is best to add a boveda 62% humidity pack to each jar to keep the humidity right when curing. The first week of curing I open the jar a couple times a day to burp it and take the buds out to air for a few minutes. Inspect them to make sure there is no mold. After the first week just open them once every few days to burp the jars and continute to cure as long as you want. The longer you cure the better the bud. Hope this helps.

Do it in your tent with the lights off and carbon filter extractor running! It can differ from strain to strain, grow to grow but most weed stays to stink at this point. Keep humidity between 50-60% and low temps and darkness. When can snap stalks, just jar them up and keep an eye on the humidity and temp when inside the jars open then once daily for two weeks and then every other day until happy with dryness and curing.
