It looks like it is stretching. I would give it more light or lower your light closer to the plant.

Proper height for T5 dual lamps from seedlings during sprouting stageI now have my seedlings in solo cups and they are just breaking the surface, what is the height I should have my T5 twin lamps from the top of the cups? I have it currently at about 4 inches from the top of the cups.

Led light for a small seedling / early veg space 80x40x80cmThe plants to use the space to start seeds and veg them little bit until I transplant to final pot in a flower tent.
I don't have much height so is looking for a light that the plants can be close to.

How can I reduce the heat in my 5x5 tent (650w light bar/6" ac Infinity and a ton of fans) without AC? Do I have to leave tent open?5x5 tent is in a kind of lung room (utility room) that stays around 20C/68F. The tent always seems to be at 30C86F with lights on. Ive added and moved fans, opened more intake vents. I have AC, but its -25C/-13F outside. Id like to drop the daytime temp 5ish degrees for flower.

Plantulas deben estar bajo luz?I have a 240 watt 3500k quantum board LED. Does anyone know how long it's recommended to give them light with it? It has a dimmer, but I don't know if they need light in the seedling stage. This is my first time starting a grow with LED. New grower and high tent temp. please helpSo I have a 2by2 tent and temperature is staying around 80 degrees. I have a total of 3 fans in there and lowered the wattage on my 1000w hydro LED lights. What else can I do to keep it at optimal temperature? Also has a Hydro Co2 booster fan making it 4.
