Ph of the soilPh of the soil, I checked with this 2 ph meter but I dont know the credibility, if that work.. I see that is around 8.0 but I use water at 6.0ph and soil light mix biobizz, bio grow ,calmag , bio heaven. Are biology shouldn't change the ph.. how is possible? Advise?

Soil recommendation? Typically use Fox Farms Happy Frog but price keeps going up and quality seems much lower, lots of sticks, not mixed well etcIs there any soil recommendations anyone can make that are good but a less pricey? Dont get me wrong, I love Fox Farm’s, and 38/bag isnt terrible. I’m just curious if anyone has found a more mainstream soil that’s as good of soil. Expanded clay layer on bootom for better drainageIs placing a layer of expanded clay on the botton of your pot a good idea? i only tried small rocks before for the drainage but heard those claypellets might work better (and are lighter)...

PH rise in DWCI'm having serious problems with the water PH. My tap water it's around 8PH and 300ppm, I'm using GHE PH down as other times until 5,5ph. I don't know why, this time few hours later the acidity of the water rise between 1 or 2 point, Any idea what happen?
