What kind of soil should I get?

Any quality organic potting soil can work. Don’t get soil with time-released nutrients (like Miracle-Gro soil) and don’t use dirt you find outside.
If you’re looking for a specific brand for growing cannabis, a lot of people like Fox Farm soil. If that’s what you choose, you might consider starting with Fox Farms Happy Frog soil mixed with about 20% perlite for a great cannabis soil starting mix. Some growers prefer to use "living" soil, so they don't have to add any extra nutrients in the water.

Heya!
You want to make sure your soil doesn't have time released nutrients in it and has good aeration. A lot of people on here like using Fox Farms Happy Frog soil, I personally used to use a peat moss mix with perlite. I liked this because I knew exactly what was going in the soil nutrient wise and can be treated like coco with less waterings.

With 5 tbsp each of crab, feather and fish bone meal as well as 2.5 tbsp each of kelp meal and bat guano. (20 tbsp total for 10 gallons, 2tbsp per gal)

When i opend the deposit of the water of the dehumifier i found these little flies that are the classic Substrate fly (nasty but no harm).

Once seed cracked i planted seed on this soil. Is it too strong for the seedling? Am i already in trouble? xPIt's from Geolia, ph5.5-6.5.
