ScrOG is almost full, plants been in veg for about 6wks, should I flip to 1212 flower? Also should I defoliate the bottoms? THANKS!

From a 15l smart pot i ended up with about 6l as it was my first time and i did not compress the soil to wait for it to lower. With this 6l pot, will i get at least 20g dry weight ? Plant looks pretty good, grows 10cm a week, hovewer im not sure if i limited its grow a lot?
