Should I defoliate?

Should I get rid of fan leaves? I want to do a SCROG grow and will veg it awhile longer. Just took off a few clones and topped it once.

I don't think it's time to defoliate. You can still see the medium through the plant, there aren't that many leaves and the plant is still on the smaller side. Just a few big fanleaves, but she needs them to power her growth. Hence, I'd say wait. You'll probably get a full bush in a week or 2 and then it's time to defoliate.
