Hi there, not recommend to defoliate if there isn’t a good reason to do.Like do some defoliation to lower down tent humidity,to make a good air flow if too bushy.Defoliate some leaves If they are damaged or shaded below the canopy.May be some lollipopping if there are too many popcorn buds underneath.Other than those, shouldn’t do.Those fan leaves are acted like extra sources of energy for plants.Only recommend to defoliate at the start of flowering circle and again at 3rd week of flower or at the end of stretching period.Later that period ,you shouldn’t stress the plant anymore and let her grow happily until harvest.Happy Growing... ✌️

Lo puedes hacer, has una defoliación selectiva solo de las hojas que tapen a los cogollos.

Maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum energy production = maximum growth and maximum health. Try to only remove any yellow leaves, for once they are yellow, they have served their purpose. Hope this helps....... Organoman.

Hey Avazquez , i would not defoliate it because of stress, as well, remember, when you close the grow room it become much more bright and light. That's because the reflective surfaces are working together. So if you see a shadow it doesnt always mean that there is a shadow when you close the door. Anyway leafs are there to help the plant. I would only remove the bottom leafs if you're very nervous about humidity and mold but not so otherwise. Hope this helps ! 🚀

I would go ahead and defoliate, I do it all the time and I grow autos that are sensitive to training and I never have a problem, the key is to not go crazy and remove a bunch of leaves, just remove the ones that are blocking bud sites.

I defoliate week 3 of flower and week 6. There should be no issue with you doing this. Gl
