Seeds not sprouting

iam giving alot of effort in germinating seeds. But myy rate is nearly on 100 percent 1. i look at the seeds, i take only ripe, solid and shiny skinned seeds, anything else ... dumped 2. itake her into asmall box and shake for arounf 30 sec,,, microcracks appear on the skin 3. i let them soak into lukewarm water for afew hours up to 12 hours... anything that is still swimming on the surface of the water ...dumped 4. i take aplate and some wet kitchensponge... i put the seeds above aand under asonge, to keep them humid, but not wet and dark. i cover with another plate 5. ater 2-3 Days you should see roots, if the are 3-5 mm long theyy are fine 6. poking a1cm deep hole in the soil, place the seed and cover softly with soil 7. taking humidity dome ( halved plasticcbottles with holes into) and put onto the digged seed 8. Spray with water to keepp it humid ( not to wet) done... normaally you have from soaking too showing up 5-8 days...... i made some tuturials into my diaries, iam letting you alink

its hard to tell but you need to get root riot or rooter cubes, you put the cubes in water take out put your seed in and wait, they take anywhere from 2 days to 21 days, the better seeds pop quicker while the older seeds take longer, never re plant a seed, leave the seed and the small seed embryos alone, the young plant will grow but not if you keep messing with it, hope that helps but try startig some others,
