Yes you just want to remove a bit from the inside the rule I use is if sunlight can't get to it it's not useful. All fan leaves pointing inwards are useless.

Bigger leaves shading lower branches??As you can see in my last photos (DAY 28) plants are developing lower side branches. Should I get rid off the larger leaves which shade the lower branches?
