LED light options

I got a 12o w LED Solux light with 3 options, "Full Spectrum", "Vegetative" and "Flowering". those options can be added, like FULL SPECTRUM and VEGETATIVE can go togeteher and it makes a blueish light. For autos, should i start with a veg+full spec and finish with flow+full spec?

but its like always if you dont know aproduct start slow, until you get used to it... i would start for the first 3 weeks with veegetative... then adding full spec and switchein in flower to fullspec+flower but your deeistances,,, yoou may google them

Nutrient burn, Light burn, or Phos Def? red stems purple bruises,Noticed red lines leaking red into the leaves with purple bruising, and the starter bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, with the leaves above looking dark green with spots. Is this signs of light burn or nutrient toxicity? And is it lacking phosphorus or just the strain gen?

6” three week old I was wondering if I stunted my plants’ growth by having my lights at max intensity right off the bat. I also didn’t have vpd dialed in til 2nd week. Organic soil.My pulse one has said 96 light intensity since I got it..should I be lowering the intensity of bulbs til flower?

Affordable but good growlight for small space I'm looking for a cheap light to grow one plant, the current one (90w) have just doesn't have enough juice so I'd like to upgrade. I know mars has some good and affordable lights. Any other brands or not so famous brands in Europe that are cheap but good? Tips are welcome!

Contemplating putting 2 plants outside. I have 8 in a 3x3 with Mars hydro tsw2000. It’s pretty tight in there. What do you guys think? Is 8 too many for the size and light? Or should I just leave them as is? I think the the pots are 3 possibly 5 gallon.

Swapping lights during flowering Do you guys think that swapping lights at the late flowering stage is going to harm my girls in any way?
