Doesn't look like root rot to me, looks fine and healthy.
Depending on the media you use, some light brown sediments may be seen. As long as it does not get DARK brown you should be fine. Dark brown or black is root rot.

Not sure what brown spot you are talking about, but the roots look great. If they do start to brown/blacken you can trim them off, or move the plant into dirt

Doesnt look like root rot, is there any slime? If so use some h202 at 2 to 3 tsp per gallon of water and try to keep your rez cool if there is.. Cheers

Should I quit, and start over? Still not out if it's root rot or just coloration from the larvea. Hydroponicshad larvea infestation. Used h2o2, 2 days later my roots looked like photo #1. Now 4 days later, same roots look like #2. Had pH problems. lowered now. Gon look if its stable tomorrow. They should be ready to flip now. All other pics are also from today. Should I continue?

Clones have browned rootsMy clones have started to sprout my first roots luckily enough although yesterday I made a mistake by leaving them outdoors with the dome off my roots have browned and I suspect it’s from sunlight/wind, new roots are white it seems. Plants look a bit sad

How long before they die ?2 of them getting yellower by the day, 3 or 4 of them lost their roots under the pot and they come off very easily. Color is very dark but no slime or foam. It's too bad : I had only 2 weeks and 2 days remaining. Any idea ?

I added 10ml of 3% H2O2 inside the DWC through the control tube, after a few seconds there was a strange chemical reaction.

Root rot?Roots are brown but don't feel slimy and give off no odour. New root growth is virgin white. Could it be discoloration from the nutrient solution or is it the dreaded root rot? pH is constant 5.9-6.1...I added 5mL/gallon hydrogen peroxide to be safe
