Hey dude - I think u have a combination of things going on here. #1 - if you’re using a nutrient rich (compost mix or other) soil medium then the extra nutes you’ve been adding this early in veg. Are unneeded and yes - likely contributing to a lockout issue. The larger concern however may be the state of the medium itself. Tough to tell by the photos but looks as though that soil is saturated AND compacted. If that’s the case then the lack of oxygen to the root zone and constantly wet conditions will choke out the roots and inhibit growth. Over watering in this type of situation can also manifest and look like any number of deficiencies too. flushing your medium at this point and on this basis might be counterproductive. Think I’d be more inclined to let the pots dry out for a few days - I mean like bone dry. Then start with basic plain watering for now until you see vigorous growth again. Good luck with it my friend👍👊

It is hard to say for sure what your issue is since the photos are taken under led but I am pretty sure you are getting nutrients lock out from over watering. Easiest way to gauge when it's time to water is when you poke your finger into the soil to your first knuckle and it's dry. Hope that helps. Good luck in the rest of your grow.

Looks like nutrient burn. Your grow mix in too hot for seedlings at 12-14-24. You should have use this mix in the lower half of the pot then used a light mix for the top layer. Some growers will blend a lighter mix into the hotter mix to lower the N-P-K ratio. You can try to flush the pots to get the ppm lower but you will create a new problem of having a wet root zone and will have to stop watering for a while.
