Looks good, just keep spreading them evenly over the net until they've stopped stretching

Too much defoliation my friend by now you coulf have half of that net filled if you didnt defoliate shes needs all her fans to create energy to grow faster and stronger if you take that energy away it will stgress her and she will grow slower cause she will haveto work on repairing herself before she can continue to grow now this is a good start but the idea with a scrog is to fill every square of your netting with even sized tops this can take a long time to pull of correctly im talking about 20 weeks in veg to train each individual top into every last bit of space you have in your tent. My advice for future is just not to defoliate and let her go. You will not regret it try to only remove dead or dying growth this way your wont stres her as much as removing healthy growth.

You have the right idea. You see a lot of people throw up a net then not bother training the plant and it just grows straight through- that's not really SCROGing. On a photo I don't usually flip until the screen is half to three quarters full unless it's a stretchy strain. With autos of course it's out of your control, just gotta get a feel for how many it takes to fill out your canopy.
