LST white skunk auto

I have lst my 2 auto plants. They sit in a single long/wide pot. I have bent both plants towards each other so that things are kept quite small and dense.
What are your thoughts? Was it the good timing? Fiming was done a week ago.

I woud say from around week 3, so the timing is okay, and then stop when you can't notice any more growth ๐

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?

Weird growth! This branch had an hard time growing from below the plantDue to bad LST one of the side branches i wanted her to main as grown without any new growth, has only one node, any thoughts on what to expect from this branch? LST - am I doing it right?I figured I could try training my plant by LST and since I am very new to this and generally don't want to kill my ladies could you please comment on the way I have done it? Plants held with plastic coated paper clips, because I am lazy but creative :) Also is it safe?

What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
I feel I need to do some defoliation, but it will be 2nd HS technique, which contradicts the recommendations.

LST/Topping for autoflowers?Growing an afghan kush auto and a skunk villain auto (both 5 gal pots) in a snug 2.5 x 2.5.
