Third round of topping. Trying to bend the branches in the usual way so "pulling down", the "Y split" in the topping sites always break/open. So I'm trying this way with ropes and engraved sticks to PUSH the branches away from the inside. What do you think? Alternatives? -DD

i've stapled rope to side of fabric pots, used spacers, used the ceiling rods as fulcrums for holding two colas up, lol... do what yo u gotta do. if it is a floppy as f%#$ plant or growing one large, use a scrog (puked in my mouth bit). I have nothing buy spite for them, but that is irrational and comical. havingg 10+ (20+ colas) held up from ceiling takes longer.. more likely get threads or whatever in buds, too. Work it through a screen and it pretty much takes care of itself. some drawbacks to mobility and getting i there to work on stuff though. Make sure you can crawl in there lol.

Doing great. If you start early on lst it can change the structure and yield of a plant. My Larry lemon diary has a day to day from seed to smoke of pictures after lst. Happy growing 🌱🌱🌱

If I get your question, am sure you've been told or if you got your answer, but by pinching and bending at the same time, "gently" should allow for mobility/flexibility around areas your wanting to bend. Most of all take your time, if it breaks use electrical tape around break until healed.
