Just ordered a second oscallating fan for my 2x2x4 foot grow tent, would a 4ich Inline fan been more suitable and just the one oscillating fan?

Hi mate, I have a similar setup. Mine is a little taller and only need to move 50m3 of air. A 4 inch inline is plenty for that setup, the more air you move the healthier your plant will be. An oscillating fan is good for keeping air moving within the tent but you will still need to change the air. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing

Do any body have any experience in making your own carbon filter?Thinking about making one from two steel mesh "ovals" with +-2cm in between. Use some filtration cloth so the carbon don't go through the mesh. And will fill the space between the meshes with activated carbon used for this purpose. Do you think its going to work? ThanksSetup. Humidity at night. Should I add a heater or...Lights on day, my temps are perfect, and my humidity is 55-59% at 74-80 degrees F. Night, temps drop to the 60s and humidity goes up to 70-78%. Using humidistat to control fan, will this cause problems? So far fan running for 30 secs every two minutes! Plz advise if this is not a good idea??My exhaust fan is to powerful no speed control just two settings. On the lowest setting the fan is still sucking all the humidity that my humidifier creates out of the tent. So I have bought a humidity controller hooked it up with the humidifier and fan.. Humidistat levels vary wildly between Inkbird and ETI humidistats..I have two humidistats, one is an Inkbird 200 for control, the other is ETI 810-195 just for display.. The ETI is showing roughly 9-10% higher humidity levels compared to the Inkbird. Does anyone know which is more accurate? I want it get these humidity levels just right 👌🏼Setup. Ventilation
