I use yellow sticky traps to keep an eye on insect problems. Occasionally I'll have some gnats at the beginning that came in with my soil. I use fabric pots and have a fan at ground level blowing across the top of the pots. Even watering daily the soil completely dries two knuckles+ (about 3-4cm+) deep between waterings which is enough to end the gnat problem.

I wouldn’t get use to spraying for pest. You are killing good and bad and unless you fix the issue the bad guys come back faster. Vicious cycle. Let your soil dry out completely between waterings and place a fan low in the tent and they will not like the conditions. They thrive in very moist environments and your cannabis plants do not. The yellow sticky traps work well to monitor the progress of your efforts. And once the top of the soil dries you can add a dusting of diatomaceous earth and it’s like if we crawled through piles of glass 😂 happy growing and good luck!👍
