Bottom leaves yellowish - why? And can I top?On both of my plants (C99 & S.A.D.) the bottom leaves are turning yellowish and I can't figure out why. I'd also like to top them this week (above 3rd node), but I'm hesitant because of the leaves. Any advice on what they may be missing, and whether I should wait with topping?

Topping techinque: 4 main colas I'm approaching topping for the first time. The aim is to get 4 main colas, without FIM. Are those nutrient defficiencies? Which ones?A plant had interveinal chlorosis on new leaves and then proceeded to show brown patches between veins on middle leaves. Another has coppery brown spots on leaf edges on the middle of the plant. Both were rootbound in living soil (peat/perlite/hummus + ammendments).

Are the gals safe to top or are they too stressed?I've heard that you shouldn't top your ladies while there are any deficiencies or issues as it can be extremely stressful.
