Aphid invasion close to harvest - stick or twist?!
Ottos_Jacket
started grow question 4y ago
Very close (seen first few ambers on leaves) to harvesting my dwarf auto but have noticed I have aphids or thrips. Do I hang it out a bit longer or cut my losses before they take over?

Stick with it. If close to harvest, they won't affect your buds really, just suck the sap from the leaves.

Do I just hose it off and proceed as normal? Or hose it off and give to my most leechy smoking friend?
Looks like mould, but I'm guessing spider mites. I tried the 3 days of dark, pulled it out of the cupboard and it had this big clump on it. There was the odd spider mite before the cupboard. Basically just wondering if I'll die sooner if I try and clean it up and smoke it???

Fungus gnats damage?
A week ago i started noticing fungus gnats on the plant, already working on them. Today i noticed a lot more dark pistils over the plant since yesterday, could it be correlated to the gnats? also noticed that smaller leaves don't grow since a week or so, is it also correlated?

One of these phenos isn't flowering (9 weeks in veg). Is it possible that the autoflower trait wasn't passed down? I won't have a 12/12 environment to test it for some time. Should I just trash it?

If auto flowering plants suffer a period of stunted growth (eg due to overwatering), does that extend the veg phase or do they still flower at the normal time based on growth of the plant. i think i lost 10-14days - is this hopeless?

not inexperienced but my first scrog and indr photo grow. Only problem is lower temps (nothing I can do to fix this) which may be slowing growth. Any thoughts on defo, training to advance to flower? Been a long veg. and wondering if I’m doing something wrong or just impatient?

So I changed out my led lights to high bay full spectrum LEDs. I'm getting a lux of 12000 when lights are about 2 feet above canopy. Is that a good thing? These high bay lights are pretty much cob led...how do I convert lex to ppfd? And what is the best lux or ppfd for my plants?
