So how do yall determine when vegitation should begin. Ive always been told its when the seedling break soil & rooting but some people say after the first leaves fall & starts growing the true leaves

Yes, I was told it goes straight into vegitation from the sight of leaves, to transplant it to your mediums & add the nutrients

Some people do it differently. I like to consider it in veg as soon as leaves open. Some people will count the first week when the leaves open the seedling stage and week 2 the beginning of veg.
