- Ajusta la lampara para 200 a 300 PPFD. Empieza siempre por 200 PPFD y ves subiendo conforme la planta lo permita

Repito la tabla que ha salido mal
Teniendo todas las etapas a 18 / 6 (18 horas de luz / 6 horas de oscuridad)
Plantula = 200 - 300 PPFD
Vegetativo = 300 - 500 PPFD
Floración = 600 - 1000 PPFD

I can't see your lights %. I know you put a pic up, just can not see the setting..
3-45% max.
But, at her stage. You really shouldn't see any heat deforms just stalled growth.
I'm growing a long time. As is many here. So, I'm sure they'll agree

WHY?ANY REASON WHY? After sprouted i has put them in front of the window and then when has two leaves directly under the lamp. Lamp was not too close so i dont know whats happend. I did something wrong for sure but i need to understand why. I need to learn more guys. Best wishes
