Really can't complain, unlike my experiences with huge problems, unfair resolutions (when you actually do get a reply), sending stuff you didn't order because they were out of stock and they didn't bother contacting you and sending stuff THEY CHOSE or denying the ability to swap to something of equal value, no freebies if they do a re-send due to a parcel going "missing" and you have insurance which takes weeks to sort out and you get sent bird food anyhow and piss poor in-house genetics from the company starting with "S" and ending with "man"!!
