Wait until there are small "budlets" formed before switching to bloom nutrients, cannabis still needs adequate nitrogen in early flower.
I usually continue with grow nutrients until there are small budlets, then for the next 2 weeks or so give them half grow and half bloom before finally switching to straight bloom nutrients through until just before harvest.
This seems to produce the largest blooms on plants that don't completely exhaust themselves by harvest time and end up looking a sickly yellow colour, instead of a healthy green colour.
Yes, it is always worth doing some LST.
