If you have just recently watered them, they will droop, thats normal. They normally perk back up within a day if you haven't been overwatering. Best to under water than over and make sure the medium is dry before you water again. Second, although you're only giving a small amount of nutrients, your soil should compensate and you shouldn't need to use any for the first 4 weeks as there is plenty in your growing medium. You don't want to overdose on nutrients and get nutrient burn so early on as this will cause other major problems for you. Hope this helps

Unless you are using light soil, don't feed so early. Wilting at this stage most probably is due over watering, just let the soil dry. As for watering, give them 500cc of water, no more, that should last the plants a week or so at this stage
