Does Canna Coir Soil have a low pH naturally? I used Ericacious Vermiculite / some gravel (Especially at the bottom), and was NEVER able to get anywhere

Ericaceous Vermiculite is acidic, hence the low pH. Try using perlite next time, it is neutral/inert. Adding a tablespoon or two of hydrated lime around the top of each pot may help to raise the pH, just don't overdo it, adding more will not make it work any faster, you want a slow and steady effect, not a bombardment!
