Hey brandon, in a few week what you can do is bend the plant something like 110° towards one side so it grows at an angle, and all the side branches will grow accordingly, that's called LST ! Buy heavy camping hooks use one as an achor and the other to keep the top down. The others you can use as you go along to train the side branches or add weight, because these plants have power in them over time ! This will have it grow and an angle ultimately leading to larger yields in a small space. As the plant get bigger you want tutors to keep the side branches nice and vertical to help them buff up and to keep the plant within bounds. Another thing you can do is to let you plant grow then top it at the fourth or fifth node, hopefully leading to four shorter mains and generally bigger yields in a shorter heigh. Best thing is do both and keep it in veg, you can't imagine the monster you'll get ! Hope this helps ! 🚀

I wouldn't worry too much about them being crowded, they look like they have plenty of room! Your first plant looks like it has a thicker canopy, so if you notice new branches/buds growing beneath it try to get as much light to these as possible. You can do this through low stress training with plant tiea, or even manually adjusting how leaves lay, to help new growth get above the canopy. Good luck, and happy growing!

I dont think its taking up too much space yet. It may get larger but I wouldnt do much defoliation on an auto. You can do some Low Stress Training (LST) to even out the canopy and allow you to train the plant to fit in yojr grow space. Good luck 🍀👊.
