So I am thinking about doing a defoliation on week 3 flowering... what do you guys think? Is worth it? She has a ton of fan leaves that could open up a lot space for smaller sites to increase in size.

@Echevarriaf Absolutely mate!! not only will it let more light thru but most importantly it will let more air flow between the plants which is imperative for mold control So go for it my friend I hope this solves your question π

You could install a SCROG net to allow more prime lighting and support for later on.

For sure do a defoliation, but do wait until the stretch is completely over maybe, usually you do want to do the defoliation during veg for better results, next time do that i guess, for now the best you can do is remove as little as possible but do get some light lower down in the canopy and as you know the light should shine directly onto the flower nodes. I vote : do it ! Hope this helps ! π

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). Cut or keep topped branches? (1st day of flower)I have 2 budsites on my plants that I needed to top due to dying growth (either from windburn or trellis net).
