You can run them 24/7. It's a matter of preference and can the strain actually handle it. I personally run all my auto flower at 20 hours a day. Seems to be just right. They do seem to like a short break from the lights to recuperate a bit before the next intense growth/bloom session. As you grow more you will learn how the intensity of your led lights is more important during the different stages of growth and flowering. Your more than welcome to check out my current grows for more info on growing autos.👍

I don't recommend it they need time to rest 20/4 is ok but I would do 18/6 when I grow autos. You will work those leaves way to hard and end up with problems especially when flowering has began. Just another pointer is roots grow at night. So if u would do 24 I don't see your root system getting big. The saying goes bigger roots bigger fruit

You can run a 24 hour light schedule with autoflowers...but that doesn't always mean you should or that it will work well. I personally believe that all living things enjoy rest and sometimes we do our most miraculous growing while we're in a rested state. I very much believe this true for plants. Not all strains can handle the same light intensity as well, so if you want to try 24hr schedule, watch them closely for burn or fatigue. Happy growing. ✌️

I have mine going too. Look at my journal. I have auto OG from MSNL heard alot bad but I am having a ball with them. I had a few nodes at day 8 make sure the light is close enough but not to close to stop it from stretching a little. I use 20/4 Dont fem, or crop. Just use LST don't do anything to stunt it. Mine are on day 20 from seed and are starting to flower. I am inexperienced but knowledgeable. This is my first grow but seen many and been around them for years. With everything being laced I just feel this is safer.

I grew a round of autos alongside my buddy. I ran 20/4 and he ran 24/0. My plants definitely seemed to be happier but the overall growth was about the same. So IMO save yourself some money and give the plants some sleep by running 20/4.

I'm still fairly new to this, but I'm having excellent growth with 18 hours of light for my auto.
