High pressure aeroponic system( sprays a mist) watering cycles typically operate on a 15 sec ON and 3 – 5 minute OFF cycle. So start in the middle with 15 times per hour(4 min intervals) with 15 seconds This ensures the chamber maintains a high humidity level while preventing the fine mist from combining into larger droplets.
Low pressure systems(sprays water streams or flows through a drip ring) use a 5 minute ON and 10-12 minute OFF cycle timer. so 6 times per hour and 300 seconds.

1 on, 4 off... do your plant good. if for some reason you have greater rate of evaporation, try 1 on, 3 off.... every environment can be a bit different.
