What are the best lights for 7ft tent ?

Depends on how much space you are using in tent and if it's divided. A few big lights is probably ideal vs 1 monster size light. Not everything will grow evenly. Not sure if your trying for a perpetual grow or just like a auto and photo section. Or just one or other. These are variables which make questions tough to answer. Viparspectra has good quality lights, so does spiderfarmer and Mars. There is less expensive lights that are good as well like unit Farms uf line.
