At this stage you could use only 1 lamp at 250 and it would be fine. After the 3d week of growth ends, you can add more and once it goes into flower you can blast it with the full power.

There ready for more light. Once you see her true leafs show (5-7 points) can go full nuits, and light.

Now the plant is very little for absorb all power of 600w lamp and u can use 250 w for about 3 week and after switch to 400 for all vegetation stage and early flowering and after about 3 week of flowering u can switch to all power! Good luck! ;)

I moved the plants from the attic which was way too hot and tried the 12/12 schedule to reduce the heat. Now that they are in an AC spare room wondering if it would be worth switching. Appreciate the support!Setup. Lighting

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants?
