Does growing with 3 lamps worth? Are lumens higher if i have more lamps? Or i m just stacking tamperature ?

Definitely worth,definitely.just control the heat,other than that youll see a huge difference than a single light

I have a question about telos 10 pro led light. Its not dimmable.
Is it to intense for my auto seedlings even if I start at the top in my 2meter tent.

regarding the light spectrum ratio. what is the ideal light spectrum for both the vegetative and flowering phases?
Do you use 3500K lights during the vegetative stage, or only use cold white lights at 6000K? do you then switch in flower to 3500K lights along with 370-780nm?Setup. Lighting
