Hello! I don't know science at all) With which light spectrum bulbs should I buy of these? I know, that blue spectrum is important, so should it be lights with blue on graphic higher ⬆️ or longer ➡️? I mean these "rainbow" graphics :) For now I'm having full specrum bulbs (pic 1)

You would be much better off buying a dedicated panel LED full spectrum combined grow and bloom light. (ebay/amazon etc) The bulbs you are showing might be ok for a small vegetative plant, but will not really be adequate for good flower production.

None of them will be great but will do the job. I would pick the second on. Better light spectrum then just red and blue. Fit 8-10 of those onto a bit of ply and wire together. Remember to take the diffusion dome off so not to restrict any light. Good luck and happy growing
