Papa_Tanswered grow question 4y ago Taking a cutting from an already flowering plant makes for some cool funky growth.
One or the other isn鈥檛 faster though. It still takes the same time for the roots to form and get back to revegging state whether from a mother plant in veg or a plant already in flower. A cutting from a vegging mother once it鈥檚 rooted can be sent directly to flower with no issues.
I鈥檝e taken cuttings from and plant that is pretty much at the same stage you are in these pictures. I had a 5/5 success rate.
So I say it鈥檚 really your choice which route you want to go. But I take cuttings of any new pheno in my garden just to make sure because I won鈥檛 know how good it is until I harvest.
I like monster cropping so that鈥檚 my vote. 馃
