Lighting. I have 3 SpiderFarmer SF 1000 lights with 4 T8 barina 2ft around the edge of the tent.
Does anyone recommend a different Lighting set up? Does anyone know how long these spiderfarmer lights will last? I have a 48x48x80 tent with 4 plants at the moment.

Just buy the best you can afford... You get what you pay for with LED. So yes, spider farmer and mars hydro are great and good enough for growing... Spend the extra money on a well reviewed and documented brand and you will see the difference. Adding extra types of spectrum can improve your grow. UV, extra IR units. T8 6500K fluorescents during veg. U could combine all with what you have, with other lighting types to better you spectrum at a lower cost. End of the day money talks. Gravita Pro at £1500...and they are awesome. Same as the zues pro by Lumatek...both are amzing lights that give great results. I hope this helps in some way. Good luck and happy growing

Samsung Lm301b/h are very good diodes but there are others that are very good as well. I run spider farmers and are very happy with them, you should get years of use out of them. They’re supposed to run for 50k hours. A year of 12/12 is <5000 hours, a year of 18/6 is 6500 hours. Unless you’re planning on scaling up your operation, 3 sf1000 in a 4x4 is plenty of light and should last you 5-10 years

Height Difference when growing different strains in one tentIm afraid my Gorilla will outgrow the Lemon Cherry significantly in height, will that be a big problem? or will the lemon cherry maybe catch up a bit in full flower so the difference in light intensity wont be that big? both same age. UV LED slowing down growth? Sorry previous question without the question!The plant has a rectangular area in the middle where it is not growing as quickly. The difference is almost 10cm. I suspect the lamp. Could it be that the centrally installed UV LEDs are causing this? They should grow more inside because of more light.

Hight ProblemsI’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants.
My question is: Does this help, or am I better off keeping the light level? Any tips for dealing with uneven plant heights?
