Can I defoliate?She's in week 8 and I am wondering if I can heavily defoliate her because she's full of leaves but I also don't want to slow down flowering process since I don't have much time before I flush her and harvest..any suggestion? Thank you and take a look to the diary for other pics:)

Question hairs are turning orange I know at least 50% needs to be orange and trichomes gotta be all cloudy with 5-30% Amber. Looking at the picture I uploaded would I get ready to flush? She is starting to lose leaves and yellow? Sorry I, just unsure and a newb trying learn lol.Week 7
