Can I defoliate right now in week 6/7 flowering? Should I defoliate? How hard (I want hard lol)? There are a lot of bud sites that are hiding behind the leaves, but I'm concerned about the stress the defoliation can bring..

Only to help with air flow, otherwise I personally wouldn't. A few leaves here and there won't stress her out too much but a heavy chop would really stress her out. As long as you are changing the air every minute and have a fan blowing over the canopy, she looks fine as she is....Good luck and happy growing

I wouldn't go to hard otherwise she will get to stressed and yield would be effected. Just remove a few in the centre. Good luck
