Go to my diary "cannabis conundrums" and in week 7 I have posted pictures of both male and female primordia, as well as many other pictures of weird and wonderful things cannabis is capable of.
Your pictures although a bit strange, show female flowers.

balls hang and burst open. They tent to be on the stem/nodes of the plant vs in the flowers. pre sexing females also develop calyxes with pistils at the nodes, so the main thing separating them are if they hang at all.
you can get a hermi nanner popping out of a flower but its thicker and quite yellow vs its pistils.

Google will probably help you more than anything we can write out.
But female calyxes will just be a teardrop shape with a pistil or two coming out.
Males have pollen sacs which are more oval shape with some vertical lines sometimes put those eventually should Open up and reveal pollen pods that look like bananas

From my understanding, a PK booster is usually thrown in the middle of the flower cycle for about 2 - 3 wks. I've also noticed it rarely cut out.
