Should I defoliate?

Hi everyone and TIA, I'm wondering if I should defoliate a little before putting them on 12/12 schedule? BTW I'm fixing a little deficiencies they had... what's the experts advice??

I wouldn’t, or maybe just a few leaves on the bottom there close to the medium.. I wouldn’t flip til you have those deficiencies sorted and they are growing happily again. But once flowering has started and they stretch, consider defoliation again if needed

I have got a problem, HEAT!my grow room is 80x80x160 cm light is 250w agro hid I have an extraction fans 190m3/h side holes are open and ventilator is on to push inside the outside air. beside all this the temperature is too hot inside, can raise to up 30C have to leave open door
