I would say you can transplant them now. Topping like you did does not cause that much stress, You only removed the top growth. If you were to remove all lower growth then I would give her 2-3 days rest. Happy growing.

Hello ! just take some pics to show you & ask your advices : you can see them here growdiaries.com/diaries/134934-grow-journal-by-selkot Chow, mOuse, i cut the pear in half : i'll transplant in 3 days, leaving 8 days rest. they clearly need space, so i can't wait longer, but i prefer avoid huge stress by doing it too soon. what do you think about a slight defoliation ? and if yes, when ? you also see some hugly leaves, lower leaves ; do you think transplant in royal mix can correct it ? THX !

thx for the answer ! they respond well to topping; Friday it will be 1 week rest, so I will move them at this time. I plan to do a lollipopping before flowering; but I wonder if I should do a slight defoliation soon : the leaves have developed well since the topping, I will put a photo tomorrow to have an opinion before ! thank you !

I would wait about a week and a half from your last HST/topping before transplanting. Have some microbes ready for her new hole too. I find it helps a lot to lower transplant shock. Good Luck!
